10 days from Marrakech package to Morocco

A 10-day package from Marrakech allows for an immersive experience, covering various regions of Morocco. Here’s a sample itinerary to give you an idea:

Day 1:Marrakech

10 days package to Morocco, Arrival at Marrakech airport, the assistance of our staff and transfer to the riad. Free time to visit the medina. Overnight in a riad.

Day 2: Marrakech – High Atlas – Telouet Kasbah – Kasbah Ait Benhaddhou – Dades Gorges (310 km)

After breakfast depart for the south, passing through the High Atlas Mountains on the pass of the Col du Tichka (2260 meters), from where you can admire the spectacular scenery of the High Atlas. Visit the beautiful kasbah Teluet and the Ksar of Ait Benhaddou, a magnificent sand castle nestling magically in a field of almond trees; so beautiful with its play of light from becoming the setting for many famous films such as “Lawrence of Arabia” and “A tea in the desert.” Kasbah of such pride to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the only intact kasbah showing the architecture of southern Morocco. Continuation to the Dades gorges. Dinner and overnight in riad.

Day 3: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga – Camel Trek in the desert Erg Chebbi (250 km)

After breakfast we will pass through the Todra Gorge, in a wild landscape populated with Berber villages. Visit the plantation of palm trees Tinherir. Continue to Merzouga where you will find your camels and leave for a camel trek on the beautiful golden dunes of about an hour and a half / two, up to a tented camp in the Berber style. You will appreciate the pure beauty of the landscape, sitting at the campfire in an unforgettable evening under a starry sky. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 4: Merzouga – visit the Merzouga region – Gnowa Village (60 km)

After admiring a gorgeous sunrise over the dunes we will return with camels in Merzouga, at the hotel where you can have breakfast and a shower. Then the day dedicated to the discovery of the Merzouga region: the area where are the natural fossil desert, the village of Tissrdmin where were shot many films, the black desert with its volcanic stones and a visit to a nomadic family. Then we will visit the village of Kamlia, famous for its inhabitants from Africa Black and their music. Returning to Merzouga you can enjoy dinner and the peace of the desert at the hotel.

Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Tazarine – NCOB – Agdz – Draa Valley (300 km)

After breakfast Agdz with a stop at Rissani to visit its bustling local market. The road Merzouga – Agdz through several Berber villages. Agdz it will reach the end of the day. You will be in the heart of a beautiful oasis in the Draa Valley. Overnight in riad.

Day 6: Agdz – Taliouine – Taroudant (280 km)

After breakfast we proceed towards the beautiful oasis of Taliouine and Taroudant, the latter is surrounded by fortifications and towers and walls was an ancient capital of the region. Taroudant is famous for its stone carvers. Visit the picturesque souks. Dinner and overnight in riad.

Day 7: Taroudant – Agadir – Essauira (231 km)

After breakfast, visit the city of Taroudant and departure to Agadir. In the afternoon sightseeing tour of Agadir and its beautiful beaches, souks and kasbah. Situated on a stretch of sand, Agadir covers a wide and shallow beach. Starting from the north of Agadir towards Essaouira. Essauira is situated on the Atlantic coast and boasts a beautiful Medina with beautiful local crafts. Dinner and overnight in riad.

Day 8: Essauira – Marrakech (150 km)

Free morning in Essaouira, old Portuguese port called Mogador, where you can visit the characteristic white medina, the port and the beach. Then the departure to Marrakech. Overnight in riad.

Day 9: Marrakech

Breakfast in the riad. The day will be devoted to a few hours of guided tour of the city, nicknamed “The Pearl of the South”, founded in the twelfth century by the dynasty of the Almoravids. The founders of Morocco have left notable palaces and gardens. Visit the Saadian Tombs, the Menara gardens, the Koutoubia and the Bahia palace.
Then the souk visit and walk through the alleys of the city, where the views are fascinating. Finally visit of the famous Djemaa El Fna, where the show is permanent: snake charmers, fire eaters and artists of all kinds. Overnight in riad

Day 10: Marrakech – flight

Breakfast in the riad. Depending on operating reports flight transfer to the airport to board the international flight. End of services.

Our driver, Ali, came to our hotel in Marrakech to pick us up. After that we drove through Atlas to Ait Ben Haddou then Dades gorges. Next day, we visited Toudra gorges and Merzouga, where we enjoyed an marvelous sunshine on the top of a dune and a camel trek.
